Important Points to Note for Registration

  • All Students (New or Returning) have to be registered on a yearly basis.
  • You will need the baptismal information (year and church) of your child for registration.
  • Note that a RED ASTERISK(*) indicates that the information asked for is mandatory. Failure to provide the information will cause the online registration to be rejected.
  • Make sure to check the box “Require Bus from School” during the online registration if you would like to have bus transport to the Church (only for G1- G7, Confirmation classes are on Sunday). This indication helps to determine whether there are enough children to hire a bus.
  • Acceptance is on a first-come-first-served basis as there is a maximum number of children per class.
  • Any special requests for class placement or other information regarding your child should be noted in the “Student Special Needs Information” box on the registration. Once the registration is submitted, it is not possible to return to the registration page.
  • Request for the preferred day (only for G1-G7) will only be answered and changed if there is space available in the desired class after the registration has closed on August 31st, 2016. Receipt of your fee and document for FHC and SHC will be acknowledged after this date.
  • Student Behaviour - All our teachers are volunteers, willing to commit their time and energy to share their faith. If a child’s behaviour is continuously disruptive, we will ask a parent to sit in the class, have counsel with the priest or withdraw from the class. Kindly inform us on the registration form if your child has any learning difficulties that the teacher should be aware of so that we can be prepared.
  • For Grades 1, 3,4,5,6 & 7, complete your registration by making payment of $30 via crossed cheque/check and mail or drop it off at Church of St Ignatius, 120 Kings Road, Singapore 268172. (Refer to 'Payment Check Guide' for instructions). Please write your child's full name, grade and a contact number on the back of the check.
  • For First & Special Holy Communion (FHC/SHC), complete your registration by submitting the following:
    1. A copy of the Online Registration Acknowledgement page
    2. A copy of the Baptismal Certificate
    3. Payment of Course Fee of $120 (via crossed cheque/check. Refer to 'Payment Check Guide' for instructions)
    4. Enclose the above items in a sealed envelope marked: Attention to CCD – FHC.

  • For Confirmation Programme, please read the Registration Letter first if you haven't done so, then complete your registration by submitting the following:
    1. A copy of the Online Registration Acknowledgement page
    2. Signed Confirmation Contract
    3. A copy of the Baptismal Certificate
    4. A copy of the First Holy Communion Certificate
    5. Payment of Course Fee of $300 (via crossed cheque/check. Refer to 'Payment Check Guide' for instructions)
    6. Enclose the above items in a sealed envelope marked: Attention to CCD – Confirmation.
